Recruitment process

Initial Application

When a candidate submits an application form/CV, we contact them usually via email, acknowledging receipt. We then review the application against our pre-screening criteria.  If the candidate is unsuccessful at this stage we make contact, either by letter or email, letting the applicant know our decision.

Interview

Successful candidates are contacted to arrange a mutually agreed Skype interview date.

If successful following Skype interview, we will then invite the candidate to an interview at our office in Dorking. We will confirm by email all aspects of interview process beforehand.

If, after the interview stage, the candidate is unsuccessful, we let them know our decision, either by letter or email, typically no later than one week after the interview.

Offer

If you are successful, we get in touch with an offer of employment to arrange a suitable start date.  Following acceptance, we send an offer letter and follow that up with a welcome letter before you start working for us.

At this point we also follow up references and conduct thorough background checks going back 10 years to check that everything is in order.

If we do not have a suitable position advertised, please send us your CV and we will keep you informed of any suitable positions as they arise.
