I began my career at Sabre in January 2004. I started as a Claims Negotiator and then through the company’s recognition was placed into Counter-Fraud in which I had an opportunity to develop my skills further. I continued to progress and went on to be the Team Leader of the Counter-Fraud Department.
Due to Sabre’s commitment and training I have gained confidence in continuing to seek opportunities and develop my career. I have recently been appointed as the Claims Supply Chain Manager.

"Having completed my university degree I began employment as a Claims Negotiator for Sabre Insurance in the summer of 2010.
My Career began in the Technical Support Unit to achieve an understanding of how new claims were implemented from the outset. Shortly afterward I joined the busy and dynamic Claims Team, spending two years gaining essential knowledge in key areas from Liability to Recoveries.
In 2012 I undertook a six month secondment in the Counter-Fraud Department affording me the opportunity to explore the various techniques employed in capturing, investigating and ultimately defending fraudulent claims.
Returning to the Claims Team in early 2013 I developed a firm interest in complex issues surrounding indemnity, litigation and costs. Over the next year I would work with a number of experienced members of staff as well as external agents and solicitors to further my understanding of the Motor Claims environment.
Having recently become a Deputy Team Leader I enjoy the responsibility of assisting other team members whilst maintaining an active portfolio of my own claims and exploring larger losses."

"I originally joined Sabre in 1983 as a Trainee Underwriting Clerk, since then I have had seven different job titles and have worked in three different departments.
As the company expanded so did the opportunities for Sabre Staff with new roles and departments popping up at the time.
