You want to be confident that your insurance will pay out when you need it. For most people, it’s only when they come to make a claim that they find out how good their insurance company is.

If you have a genuine claim we will look after you every step of the way.

Our claims team is based in the UK and we will assign an individual claims handler to you so you have a dedicated point of contact throughout your claim. Our aim is to try to make, what can be a stressful experience, as easy as possible for you.

Keeping premiums as low as possible
We know how important price is when you buy car insurance.  We work hard to keep our premiums low and one of the ways we do this is through our robust counter fraud measures. If your claim is genuine we won’t quibble, so you have nothing to worry about. But if our investigations show this isn’t the case we won’t pay out.

Make a claim

In the event that you need to make a claim, please call us on:

 

0330 024 8000. You can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

IMPORTANT: If your broker has given you a telephone number to report claims, please use that number first.

Once you have made initial contact with us we will write to you within 2 working days to explain the claims process and give you details of the direct dial number for your dedicated claims handler. Use this number for any enquiry that you may have about your claim.

If you are covered for damage to your car we will instruct our appointed repairers to contact you and arrange collection of your vehicle and provide you with a courtesy car while yours is being repaired.

  • Our approved repairers are carefully selected, monitored and audited to ensure that their work is of the highest standard.
  • At your convenience, your vehicle will be collected and returned to you upon completion of the repairs.
  • Repairs are guaranteed for 5 years and paintwork is guaranteed for life. Your car will be returned cleaned inside and out.
  • You can check on the progress of a repair by calling 0330 024 8000 and pressing option 3.
