Update to Private Car and Commercial Vehicle Policy Wordings

Our Private Car and Commercial Vehicle policy wordings will be changing for business incepted or renewed with effect from the 1st March 2023. You can download or print the required wordings and here.

You will also find a separate Renewal letter for policies you are renewing and this details the differences between the current and new policy wordings. The documentation produced from the software house will clearly state the policy wording version applicable to the risk.

Please ensure that any previous wordings you may have printed and held in stock are destroyed after the 28th February 2023.

SSP Users

If you use the SSP software house system you will need to continue to use the 1st March 2022 policy wordings until we advise you otherwise. This is due to a delay in getting the new wording live on the SSP system. The documentation produced from the SSP system will clearly state the policy wording version applicable to any risk. We will email all SSP users once we have a live date for the new wording.
